Depending on where you live, we may process your personal information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing Nepsis, because you have provided consent, or because processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
Account and app information may be stored and processed using Google Firebase and other service providers that support the operation of Nepsis.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain your account information, including your email address and authentication identifier, for as long as your Nepsis account remains active or as necessary to provide the app's services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by using the Delete Account option available within the app or by contacting us at hellonepsis@gmail.com .
When an account-deletion request is received, the account and associated personal data will generally be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the protection of legal rights.
Residual copies may remain in secure system backups for up to 90 days before being removed through normal backup-deletion processes. Information retained in backups is not actively used during that period.
Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for security, analytics, troubleshooting, and service-improvement purposes.
Deleting your Nepsis account does not automatically delete transaction records maintained independently by Apple, Google, or other payment providers.
Nepsis relies on third-party services to provide parts of the app. These providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies.
Nepsis does not control the independent privacy practices of these services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for more information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only:
Nepsis and its service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries. These locations may have data protection laws that differ from those in your place of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers.
Nepsis is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to Nepsis, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request and remove the information where required.
