By accessing or using Nepsis, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Nepsis is a mobile application offering calming nature visuals, ambient soundscapes, breathing exercises, and moments of stillness designed to support mental rest and relaxation. Nepsis is not a medical application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Nepsis is available through Google Play and the Apple App Store as a one-time, lifetime purchase that unlocks full access to the app.
• This is a single, non-recurring purchase. Nepsis does not use auto-renewing subscriptions, and you will not be charged again after your initial purchase.
• Payment is processed and charged through your Google Play or Apple App Store account, and is subject to the respective store's payment terms.
• Nepsis is sold without refunds. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or by Google Play / Apple App Store policy.

4. Restore Purchases

If you have already purchased lifetime access and need to restore it (for example, after reinstalling the app or switching devices), use the Restore Purchases option available in the app to regain access without paying again.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may delete your account at any time through the Profile page in the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Nepsis for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in any way that could damage or disrupt its services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Nepsis, including visuals, music, soundscapes, and design, is owned by or licensed to Nepsis. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nepsis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nepsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
